Stay away! I made an appointment to return a lease and look at a new car. I called a week in advance to make sure they had room and would take the car. I show up to my appointment and they keep me waiting about an hour. No problem, I get it, sometimes things get busy. But then, when I tell them I have another appointment and my ride is coming, the manager comes out and says they will only take the car back if I lease a new car from them today. Service department extremely slow. Even a simple oil change I waited almost 3 hours. Service agents not friendly. I was in there yesterday and waited 4 and half hours before anyone looked at my car. When I inquired on how much longer it would be the service rep gave me attitude like I was bothering him. Definitely my last time there.
Bad first experience and worst second. First time car buyer and they knew it. Sold me a base car no selling features for above top dollar. Once I got home and starting talking to friends I realized I was swindled went back several times no help. I eventually grew comfortable with my car and learned alot about cars and buying over the year I had it. Worst experience ever..... ALADIN in finance is jerk.... A real Dick..and very unprofessional...... The managers are no better.... IM still waiting for my license and registration since early april... They have no regard for customer service or satisfaction.... STAY AWAY..... YOUVE BEEN WARNED
I don't think they should run people social security numbers if they didn't tell them to do so.
These people are by far the most dishonest human beings I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with! Last year i went in for some trasmission problems.. after waiting over 5 hrs, i was told that they had fixed my car and that all my car needed was a "system update". As soon as i drove off, MY CAR BROKE DOWN!!! They did eventually fix it after I went back and had a few words with the manager. I've avoided going back ever since... until recently.
