My first interaction was pleasant; the staff were friendly and quite open about regarding my situation. I look forward to my next appointment.
Everyone in the office from the receptionist to Dr Heyes were professional and friendly. Melody was wonderful, when doing the scans and making my dental impression. Dr Heyes took time with me and explained my upcoming procedure. He also answered all of my questions.

The doctor and assistant were friendly and listened to my medical problem with my mouth.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. Everyone explained what they were going to do so there were no surprises. The procedure went exactly as explained. Dr. Hayes was awesome and I have experienced very little soreness and pain after only 11 hours of the procedure.

I am a little comprehensive about going Through that kind of surgery and being able to pay for it. I also feel as though I would like to have something better than what I have. The denture I have is New and very much to big for my mouth. The denture is so loose, no suction .
