Excellent. Appreciate the team’s professional approach to patient care, including especially Dr Burgon’s and team’s timeout before procedure. My particular (rest room) needs were handled quickly and professionally even though it meant disconnecting and reconnecting equipment. Nicely done. Procedure and my medication went exactly as discussed with Dr Burgon that day and in consult previously. All my expectations were met.
Positive experience of a difficult procedure was made bearable by a professional and very caring and supportive staff. The process was long and I was informed as to each step along the way. Thanks.
