You really deserve 10 stars. My little Sadie was in yesterday for a bad ear infection. The staff is always fabulous and Dr Shinn is a wonderful Vet. Sadie was examined and had her ear flushed yesterday Dr Shinn treated her and she is doing much better. He treated her at same time for her skin allergies. I can't say enough good things about Rockledge Animal Clinic.
One of my Cocker Spaniels was having problems with bloody diarrhea over the weekend, and I was able to have Dr. Shinn diagnose and treat his colitis within 2 hours of when I called on Monday. The staff have all been very nice and helpful the 3 times I have been to this office since moving to the area from Indiana 4 months ago.
Thank you so very much to all the wonderful people at Rockledge Animal Clinic for being so kind and taking such good care of my baby girl "Jules" this past week. Having her tooth extracted could have been a very scary ordeal for her, but the doctor, techs, and staff went out of their way to help me be right there for my little one, holding her close, calming her, and making her feel safe with her daddy. The doctors and staff always treat your dog as if it were the only animal in the world. With their love of animals you know you are in the best hands. They do everything they can for your animal and show compassion to the owner. I don't know what I would do without them.
The staff is great and they understand all of my pets needs. He is not people friendly and they are so understanding and sweet to him despite his grouchy behavior. Dr. Morse explained what was going on and showed me how to dispense his medication. He is very caring and always makes me feel comfortable, since I'm always nervous bringing my dog around groups of people. I highly recommend bringing your pets to them.
My Ernie boy slipped when jumping on our bed. I thought he should be checked out. We have been going to Rockledge Animal Clinic for years. I called for an appointment. They said they were booked but would work us in. Long story short - Dr Ben examined Ernie and found no fractures. Thank goodness. Ernie has a prescription for doggie ibuprofen. He is doing a lot better Wonderful staff. Dr Ben and Dr Greg are the best!
