There is nothing compassionate about Rockledge anymore. A few months back, after the practice changed hands, We were kept waiting for 30 minutes when we came in to put down our very sick, beloved cat. Several months later, we received only the most cursory exam of a new addition to our feline family. And just today, after several calls trying to get same-day help for a sick animal, we were simply told that there were no openings. Really? Times change, and not always for the better. They lost and/or never kept records of my dogs vaccines and we didn’t find out until almost a year later when we took him in for a possible infection and they had nothing. They are great with the animals but you can’t trust a place that can’t keep records of things as important as vaccinations. This is the second incident we’ve had concerning their shotty record keeping, so I can’t in good conscience recommend anyone take their fur babies there. If you care about your cat don’t take them here. Communication is horrible and the vet leaves little to be desired
