On Saturday (8/3/19) I heard a noise and noticed that the right spring being wobbly as I have a dual spring combination. On Tuesday I made an appointment with Rockstar Garage Door Services for Wednesday afternoon. Jessie showed up around 2:00 PM and tightened the springs (dual) and lubricated and tuned. Also, adjusted and installed a new capacitor to the garage door opener unit. Very pleased with Jessie’s work. Thank you!

I waited a few days post installation to review - just to be sure things stayed on track (pun intended!). And they have. So far so good. I appreciated Ryan and Jesse and the care they both took in quoting and installing.

A very professional company to deal with. My old garage doors were “sticking” due to poor paint. Luis tried to help me fix them before I decided to buy new ones. No pressure from him. And top quality installation team.

Noticed I had a broken spring on a Saturday evening. After looking at **** and BBB reviews, I called Rockstar garage door service and made an appointment for the next day. They called prior to coming out. Ryan showed up during the quoted time frame . I asked him to look at the entire garage door/opener to see if there was any other work needed. I typically use the 'big box' store for these types of installations. I am quite impressed and glad that I used Rockstar. The customer service excels on many levels. I did a long distance transaction from across the country to replace the garage door and lift assembly for a rental property. Thanks!

Of course we are going to have a broken spring on the weekend. After some research, I called Rockstar and was assured they could fix it that day and no additional for Sunday repair! Quick, courteous, and efficient. Ryan was professional and pointed out that the cable guides were also worn out. The call was originally for a broken spring. The cables were an inexpensive addition. In and out within a half hour. Half the price for the same work provided by a big name competitor that we sadly paid for about 10 years ago. The door... read more

Rockstar garage service was excellent ! Ryan the tech was on time, professional and took his time to answer all my questions and explained all features of new garage opener . Philip, service manager, stopped by checked how install was . He was also professional and kind . Neither tried to up sale more than I needed they were straight forward I appreciated that. I will use their services again .
