I ordered from dirty miner a hat shirt and hoodie back in October last year and no receive a order. I sent and email and dirty miner sent and email back to me. Dirty miner said he was doing another job and is going to get somebody else to do orders. They can take people money with no orders going out . Dirty miner is a bad business and a scam . Should be taken off the web site to order. Thanks ****************

This is a very dangerous and dishonest company to deal with. They were called in by a plumber that I dealt with who couldn't find a leak. They tore down my sheetrock and garage cabinets and when they couldn't find anything they broke through the exterior stone on my house. Still couldn't find a leak. They then sent a fraudulent invoice to my insurance company itemizing and exaggerating the work they said they had done . It is a bunch of ***** that initiate fixing what doesn't need to be fix then lock you in an abusive bill you never asked for.I too think this scale should have negative count so I could rate their value of minus five.

I wish I could give a score lower than zero. This company took something that shouldve been an easy fix to a situation that took months to resolve. My condo had a leak coming from inside a wall. I shouldve called the plumber and had it taken care of the next day. I remembered that I had a home warranty on the property so I contacted them instead. That was my first mistake. Do not use Rocky Mountain Restoration. This company did not complete any work on our home and have aggressively attempted to collect over 4,000$ from us and our insurance company. For 9 months, they have declined to respond to our requests. They left equipment in our home for over 2 months and when asked to collect it, they claimed it was not in our home. Do not ignore all of these 1 star reviews - there is a reason for this! Their prices are extremely inflated because they intend to pass the cost onto your insurance company, but if your claim gets denied they will come to you with the **** and argue that prices are reasonable and it is industry standard. I don't deny some level of work was performed that deserves compensation, but in all my time working with contractors in my home I have never seen such inflated prices with so little forewarning about these costs. Avoid this company by all means. We hired them and while they were on time, when they sent us the bill we were shocked to see a ridiculous amount of money charged with a list of fake services they did not provide. Including the square footage of the area which they serviced. They only worked on one corner where the water heater sat and they charged us for the entire two door garage space. We hired this company against the "Preferred Company" my insurance provider was going to have do the repairs after a fire in the garage. The troubles started soon after they showed up. We had issues with things they took and were supposed to either salvage them or list them on a non-salvagable list so my insurance can reimburse me for. The issue is there was so much they kept but didn't list. For example I had two 30" bar clamps and they returned on out of the two.
