Awesome company, awesome people. I have referred several friends and family and they all have had great experiences with Rocky Mountain. They are communicative, honest and hard working. They really know how to handle things with compassion and care during these traumatic situations. Always do a great job. Keep it up guys/gals!

This company is predatory. They will say anything to get you to sign a work order including that their services are free. They called to let me know I owed money but couldnt provide any documentation for 3 months. Not to mention, they added like 8 illegitimate charges to their estimate. Now it makes sense why they have a separate department dealing with their claims. They seem to do this to many if not all of their customers.

I had a plumber out to check my kitchen sink area for a leak. He then contacted and sent out Rocky Mountain ******************** This sales person had me sign a contract without me being able to actually read it assuring me that it was only binding IF the insurance company didnt pay for the damage. He left 2 machines to start the drying process. A crew from their company came out the next day and tore out my entire kitchen including the wall and ruined my new flooring! LIARS !!! LIARS !!!!I wish I could select a Negative STAR !!! LIARS !! Said they would help through the whole process and referred other companies to do work and as soon as ROCKY MOUNTAIN was paid they GHOSTED US !!! Now i'm being stuck with a 7k$ Bill from another company !!! The whole PITCH was " Don't worry you will not be billed for anything ... we will be here the whole way ... call us with any concern !!!" NOW .... NO ANSWER !!! GROSS LIARS .... LIARS .... LIARS !!!!

Going through h*** with this company scamming my elderly and ill Godparents. Reading these reviews this company scams with the plumber! It was the plumber who recommended Rocky Mountain Rest.They ripped out their entire kitchen (cabinets and sink), unhooked all kitchen appliances, and then proceeds to rip out the hall bathroom cabinets. They told us that they were just ripping out one cabinet!They stole the cabinets and removed them from the house without permission or notification.
