Kent was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Our refinished table is beautiful, and was completed in the time frame he gave us. 3 antique teak tables are next!
Customer service was "mixed". I waited for several minutes while service provider stayed on the phone with a customer who called IN THE MIDDLE of our transactions. ( I found that rude.) My paperwork was missing and took a long time to locate. However... with all that said, I found the workmanship to be expedient and beautiful. I received several calls to let me know my order was ready (and early) and folks were very cordial once I was there to pick up (other than distracting phone conversation). I learned a lesson on this one! If someone calls you while you are with a customer, tell them you will call them back and hang up. Treat each customer with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Point well taken..

Kent did a wonderful refinish on my 30 year old oak table. It was looking pretty shabby after years of the children's school projects and a few nail polish remover mishaps. It looks like new now, so no more table cloths to cover the abuse are needed! Kent acommodated my schedule to pick up and return the table in a timely manner, and his crew is pleasant and helpful in positioning it just right for me. Thank you, Kent!
Mr. Adams and his team have refinished four pieces for me. These include a 150-year old hand carved library table, walnut banker's desk, walnut male secretariat, and a book shelf.
