I refinanced with Stacey Cobb and Paula. They were quick and pleasant to work with! Turn-around time was ~ a month! Though interest rates are currently not what I want, Stacey told me she keeps an eye on them and reaches out if a better rate becomes available in the future. Signing at the title company was also pleasant, informative and fast. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time I have used NFM, the first was a home refi. Rodney and his team make the lending part of a new home the easiest. Also Rodney treats you as a friend or relative. He cares for you all the way through the process. Rodney called me to advise that we hold up on locking in a interest rate as he felt it was going down. I agreed and later he called and told me it had dropped and felt we should lock it in as it was going to go back up based on other factors.
