Service was done quickly with the service writer checking in with me periodically. There was a minor miscommunication regarding the cost of service however the service writer was prompt and courteous in resolving the issue quickly and amicably.

After leasing a vehicle, we purchased our new Mazda 6 from Roger Beasley Mazda! I was in a pinch to purchase a new car after totaling my last pre-owned Mazda. We drove in from San Antonio and had test driven the new Mazda3, signed the papers and were on the road again in a loaner vehicle until mine was transferred in only an hour and a half. Craig was absolutely amazing. Excellent customer service, and zero pressure sales. I’ll definitely be back for my next Mazda.
