The service people are very friendly and professional. It took less than hour for the service. I did have a small ding in my windshield which is covered in the maintenance agreement, but the company that performs the repair is not on site. I had to make another appointment and return to the dealer for the repair. The windshield guy would not come to my home in Rockdale to make the repairs.

They really mean it when they say you are part of the Roger Beasley family -- I bought my Hyundai in Kyle, but live north, so decided to try Georgetown location. I spoke to Jacob in Service and he immediately pulled up my vehicle records, gave me pricing info and then helped me to set an appt. Jacob greeted us when we arrived for the appt -- had us in and out in under an hour. I'm so glad I decided to take a chance on Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown -- glad I have a place closer to home that cares about me and my Santa Fe. ... read more

I love doing business with this company and their service department. I stopped in unannounced yesterday to have something checked.... and by the way, as long as i'm here, could you....... "No problem." They bend over backwards and never forget your name which to me is amazing.

I was very pleased that my oil change was done so quickly without having an appointment however I asked about a molding strip on the front window to be repaired and was told it would and it was not done
