I appreciate the free WiFi to get work done while I wait for my car to be serviced. There's water, coffee, and snacks, too, if you want some refreshment. (Sad they got rid of the popcorn machine!!) Customer service has been stellar 9 out of 10 times, and I never wait longer than they estimate for me. In fact, it's usually a shorter wait.
We bought both of our Mazdas from Terrrence in Georgetown. Terrence made our experience quick and enjoyable. We professionally came to an agreement on price and that was it. I was quite undeceive but Terrence said – no worries with a smile on his face!
I’ve been going to the burnet location since I was 16! (Now 25) I always feel at home here and have bought/leased 7 vehicles now from them! James is awesome, highly recommend him. Dominick is also very knowledgeable and is just trying to help you no matter what. I just received my 2018 all black MX-5 and I’m OBSESSED. Thanks for all your help guys! In my non existent experience with car dealerships...I must say...this place did an above and beyond job getting me into the vehicle I was looking at while working with minor details. Carlos and Bea were just great!!! They were super patient with my bf and his thorough questions, concerns, and requests (he has more experience than I do) which clarified a lot of things I did not understand as a newbie.
