Outstanding service all the time. This is our 4th Mazda vehicle. The service team know us by name. Richard is outstanding. Thorough and timely work. Service Dept. is one reason we decided to buy our new Mazdas.
We arrived they were super busy took care of us quick got us into a rental car for a couple hours arrived back and my car was ready be thanks to Matt in service.
We brought our 2006 Mazda 6 in for the passenger airbag warranty replacement. Abigail was awesome! Although the actual time for replacement was much longer than the estimated time, she was very kind and I appreciate her finding out the status and continuing to update me so that we could plan our pickup and activities to follow.
