We had been shopping for vehicles all day and arrived at the dealership (South Austin) about 30 minutes before closing (we thought they were open until 9, but they close at 8 during the winter) and met Betsy Gutierrez when we walked in. Mazda South was having a great deal on their Mazda 6's. My wife and I just couldn't pass up. Went in and spoke with Juan, who had sold us a used car last year. They gaves us a great price on our trade, and even discounted the new car even more! Juan worked hard to find us what we were looking for. They have a great team there at Mazda South!
I took my car in yesterday at the end of the day to get an oil change. They were able to take it in. I waited a bit but didn’t mind. They didn’t make me feel like I should come back another time like some other dealerships would of. Very pleased about that!!! Good customer service.
I took my 2015 Mazda 3i to Mazda Central for my state inspection. I had another appointment to drive to within 30 minutes and because I arrived late I was going to be at least 30 minutes late for my appointment. Enrique always takes care of me and guess what. My car was ready in 15 minutes so I made my appt. it’s a long way for me to take my car but I am never disappointed. They are the best. I love my car and the service is the best!!!!
