By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I came in 6 months ago and spoke with Rhett. He was patient and showed me the cars and was extremely knowledgeable. I had to bring my car in for a recall, they told me in advance it would take 5 to 7 hours. I dropped my car off in the morning and got a courtesy ride back to my house. The driver's name is Courtney, and he was very polite and nice and knew all the back roads to get around a horrible traffic accident on I-35. My car was not ready the same day. They had to wait on parts. I had to work the next day, so my husband called and they sent Courtney back to pick him up at my house and take him to the dealership to pick up my car. The... read more
I took my vehicle in to get my inspection done and of course I didn't have an appointment, but they got me in and out quick. The staff is always extremely friendly.
I took my 2005 Crossfire in for it's annual state inspection. Chelsea was my service adviser, and I had an appointment. She met me at the car, asked if the state inspection was all that they were doing, took the keys, and said, "I'll get them right on it." In only a few minutes, the car was done, she handed me the keys, gave me the sheet, and told me it would be in the system within 24 hours. She should train all the service advisers. Informed, extremely competent, and professional!
I've a high mileage Tribute but low for its age. Others have much more mileage but are much newer. I want to keep it going as long as possible and each time I do service at Mazda South, the staff is superb. Thanks to Z. and the mechanics and service advisors, things get done efficiently and properly. Kudos.

Test drive and salesman (Danny Levnsohn) interaction was great. Found the used vehicle on CarFax and it was exactly as described and a very good value for the price. Computer was down when we were ready to start purchase process but salesman was able to work around that issue. The only negative was the amount of time it took to see the finance person. They appeared to be busy that day but the wait was excessive compared to other car purchasing experiences at other dealerships.
