What a wonderful experience I had at the Georgetown Roger Beasley Mazda!!! Bob was just spectacular! He took the time to show me all, and I mean all, of the features on the car before we even went for a test drive. He was never in a hurry and listened and answered all of my questions. As usual the flow of the process was quick and smooth. Service personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. Taking a car into this dealership is not a hassle; It's almost a easure.
Everything went smoothly. I was impressed at the lengths you go to to get agreement on replacing filters, etc. The video text is a great idea, except that my mastery of the technology is tenuous at best, and I couldn't get the audio to come through . But I got the idea that the filter needed changing from the video. Nice job.

From the first time I saw the video of my car being serviced I have nothing but love for, Roger Beasley Mazda of Georgetown. There is no question about what is going on with the repair work, and if there's additional work that needs to be done you have a choice of having the work done or not. Great service!

Steven and Taylor were absolutely awesome and made the process really easy and enjoyable! I would recommend those two to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle.
My experience at Roger Beasley was excellent thanks in large part to Shaun Sanders, the Product Specialist. After arriving at a mutually agreed price Shaun handled most of the details with the exception of finance. His knowledge of the new CX 5 was unbelievable and both my wife and I say "Thanks Shaun". I would recommend that the entire process needs to be simplified, but then it is what I have come to expect with purchasing an automobile. Again Kudos to Shaun, he really was a tremendous help.
