Roger did a great job to help us get into our home. He was available outside of working hours and would get back with us immediately. We really appreciated his guidance and explanation of each item throughout the process. It really helped that everything was done virtually through email, texts and e-signing. Our schedules wouldn't have ever worked with a traditional workflow. Roger also let us know that he would be contacting us when it would be the best time to refinance.
