Given only 3 possible answers great was my choice. Roger and his team were available and generally responsive. The process is primarily electronic and I prefer a customer/ client relationship that is more personal. When I reached out, there was a professional response but it required my reaching out. Had I been more proficient I would have done all the work both of us were tasked with and the work you were compensated for concerning my mortgage.
