My originator (Roger) was very professional, and at no time was he pushy or overly insistent on any one product. I am an Disabled Veteran that thought I was going to be entitled to VA Loan ,w/0 Down & no closing cost??? I wish that I had been informed up front,that this loan wasn't eligible for these benefits! Also,..I was hoping, W/my outstanding credit score that I could get an even better interest rate?

The process was frustrating as we apparently received emails they went to a junk folder and we didn't know about having us miss some of the steps. The app states that you have done everything but that is not the case. Additionally they were okay with the process taking much time until they were done with their steps and they expected immediately stop everything we're doing while on vacation & forms, of which did not go through digitally and we ended up having to sign again dragging out the process a few weeks longer. Don’t keep sending me reminder emails on my vacation after I ask you not to. Don’t estimate several thousands above what you think, have me sign, and then send another doc that’s several thousands higher. Why would I sign or trust that? I have worked VERY hard to earn this money and when NO one can tell me how much anything is—not okay.

As a first time buyer, and highly interested in all the details, I really needed things to be spelled out for me. There were several things that I didn't understand or processes I didn't know we're supposed to happen. Some questions I asked were explained at a level I still couldn't understand or too vaguely. I often felt stuck in limbo between you the lender and the builder of our home. I guess I need more and clearer communication.
