Had a pleasant experience yesterday with my cleaning. Emily and JoAnn were very personable and Dr Carson gave me options to correct my issue.

Enjoyed my visit.
Everyone was friendly and efficient. Only down side is the practice is too large. Cannot have a close dentist-patient relationship as I had with my previous dentist. This was my third visit and each time I saw a different dentist and then for a very short time.

Hi - My main issue has to deal with the wait time for the dentists. When we were in on Saturday (appointments for two 7 year old boys) we were taken back very promptly and the cleaning went quickly. And everyone I usually deal with are always nice. But then we just sat, and sat, and waited for over 30 minutes to see the dentist. And then spent about a total of two minutes with the dentist. Very friendly and explained everything to me. Did not have to wait and they took me back right away. Contacted my insurance company for me.
