I recently purchased a garnet ring for my wife of 17 years through Rogers and Holland's location at the Lakes Mall and they couldn't have been more helpful! I first spoke to Nick, the manager, about 2 rings we had found online on at the Rogers and Holland's website. He offered to specially order the 2 rings to be delivered to the the store so that we could view them in person. The staff is amazing always great customer service. I've bought my wife's engagement and wedding band along with mine here. Got her birthday gifts here as well. They have a great selection for the best moments in life. Highly recommend. The manager Rich two thumbs up. Thank you+

My wife and I have been completely blown away by the exceptional customer service we continue to receive every time we visit Rogers & Hollands at the Lakes Mall in Muskegon. This most recent visit was due to an 80yr old heirloom wedding ring that suffered a crack at the bottom of the band. The ring has taken a severe beating over the last five years and when we initially stopped in, the news wasn't great. I walked in looking for an engagement ring with only a vague idea of what I wanted. I was quickly acknowledged and helped. I left happy with a ring I liked and could afford. My new fiance is very pleased with her ring and said it was perfect. I'm taking all the credit but R&H made it easy to find the right ring.
