Rogers & Hollands is my favorite place to shop for jewelry! I LOVE the Canadian Ice! This location is my favorite because the staff. The Store Manager, Tony, has an immense knowledge about jewelry. Most importantly, I think they make each item feel special. And they are willing to work with you to find the right item. Sometimes other jewelry stores seem so ordinary and chain-like...and it seems as if anyone can get a job there, but at the Muskegon Rogers & Hollands everything is high end, from the service to the merchandise!... read more
Would not reccomend. Put a down payement on a ring in october of 2016. Gave the lady all of the information needed, including ring size. Went to pick it up after payed off in full, employees could not find the ring for after an hour of her looking she found the ring in the "damaged drawer". After not explaining why, we were promised we would have the ring on tuesday after it was sized. (After we had already given the size when we had put the down payment on the ring..in october).
