Hi, all! I am the new Store Manager of our Rogers and Hollands location in West Towne Mall. My review is obviously a bit bias on the 5 star rating, but this was the only way for me to be able to comment on here. I just wanted to touch base on a few quick points as far as your jewelry needs: •We offer free inspections and cleanings of all jewelry, whether it was purchased through our company or not. After a horrible experience with Kay Jewelers where the manager there showed some unsightly characteristics (condescending, dismissive, and generally rude to a repeat customer), I sauntered down a hundred feet to Rogers & Hollands. Breanna (Store Manager) and Jon (Sales Associate) took great care of me, solved my problem, and made it a very enjoyable and engaging experience.
