My fiancé and my experience here has been superb. There customer service is outstanding without being pushy. He bought my ring here and they have been so great with cleaning and even repairing it right away when a stone fell out. There warranty is great. Even if you don't get it cleaned regularly the jewelry is still covered. We also both bought a are bands here. They worked with me to match my ring and I couldn't be happier at how it is going to look together.

My boyfriend and I came in to look at some rings. We knew nothing about rings, diamonds, and different cuts but Ioannis and Breanna were able to educate us in all of that. They both were super friendly and told us all of the different payment options and protection plans available. Had a very helpful and entertaining discussion with "Diamond" Dan Graf, about replacing my ring that I lost and/or polishing it if it comes out of calf that shallowed it (for real). Dan was great to talk to and once I find out if I need to replace or polish my ring I'll defiantly go back.

Great place. Kayla was very knowledgeable. She helped me determine what repairs needed to be done to my wedding ring. I can't wait to get it back in just two weeks. We were pleasantly surprised by the price too.
We went into this Rogers and Hollands to get my ring cleaned and the manager Larry inspected my ring and told me I had a loose diamond which I have gotten my ring cleaned several times at different stores and no one told me! Larry the manager was very helpful as to where I could send ring to get it fixed. Most jewelry that I saw here is fake stones and low quality metals for astronomical prices. This is absolutely due to the fact that their jewelry is cheap Chinese made crap. Roger and Hollands also has to employ poorly trained salesmen to sell their wares, who are nothing more than 5 cent prostitutes of the post industrial era. They promise a lot, but deliver so little. I went to the Rogers and Hollands store in West Towne Mall in Madison this afternoon at around 2:30pm. My visit started out fine, but ended so unpleasantly that I was still feeling completely distraught an hour after I walked out the store. I brought one white gold chain and a necklace with broken clasp to the store for estimate and repair. The manager (I did not take down her name) was informative.
