I went to the Rogers and Hollands store in West Towne Mall in Madison this afternoon at around 2:30pm. My visit started out fine, but ended so unpleasantly that I was still feeling completely distraught an hour after I walked out the store. I brought one white gold chain and a necklace with broken clasp to the store for estimate and repair. The manager (I did not take down her name) was informative. I purchased a ring (on November 28th, 2016) for my husband as a Christmas gift to celebrate his double lung transplant and our new beginning at life. It was our wedding date 2006, a heart beat, and our new beginning 2016. I was told it would no problem to have it for Christmas. If you spend $1300.00 on a ring and a week later the Sales Person can't even remember you I felt this to be scary and a poor investment. This took place at East Town Mall. After talking to this gentleman I cancelled. I feel sorry for the store because this kind of service is sad!! and wasn't necessary.

I've had my engagement ring for just over a year now, I received it in December 2013. Within 3 months of having my ring, I had to take it into the store to be fixed because a diamond had fallen out THREE TIMES. The third time I was assured that each prong would be inspected and that it would not happen again. I have taken my ring every 6 months, for the last four years-but the last time in December they did not record it. Now a diamond fell out of my wedding band and they want to charge me for it. Run- don't walk away from their store. They are liars and cheats. I would rather pay money to insure my ring at another store then give them one more penny of my money. If I could give a negitive number of stars, I would have selected that.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! what i big disappointment rogers and hollands is.i bought a 1.06 carat diamond ring from them just to have the diamond fall out.needless to say im out 5269.00 because after taking my ring to another jeweler to have it inspected they had set my diamond in too small of head for the diamond and that caused the prongs to wear very bad so bad that i lost my diamond.im so heart broke this is suppose to be a time of happiness.not for me im out 5000.00 because of there poor workmanship.i called and spok... read more

Went looking for some jewelry for my girlfriend for Christmas. I found something I really liked here, but was totally put off by the salesperson. I asked a few questions, and got straight answers, but it was high pressure sales all the way.
