If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would! Steve C. provided a level of customer service that is hard to come by these days! He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Zero sales pressure! My husband and I were not even looking to make a purchase but the customer service and quality of jewelry were so impressive that we couldn’t resist. We will be long time customers! We are so excited to spread the word about this place. I would highly recommend!!
They had a wonderful selection and were quick to serve us! The fellow that waited on us, was personable and thoughtful. The entire experience was first class! I love my cross necklace!
We went in, unsure of what we wanted. We were i stantly greeted by several bright shining staff. Steve helped us, and was excellent to work with. No pressure, no awkwardness, just courteous, down to earth, fantastic service. I plan to go back....class act all the way!!
I went to just looking around and was incredibly impressed with the service and selection! The quality and beauty of the jewelry there was amazing and got even better when I saw the very nice prices. It was very easy to find an anniversary gift for my girlfriend with the experience of Tami Swartwood and Tyler Bentley, they were very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. I will definitely be going again!
The staff (Tyler & Anita)! were very courteous and willing to assist me in finding a Christmas gift. I was politely greeted upon entering their shop on a busy Black Friday shopping day. That set the tone for a great transaction.
