A 12 week special order ring turned into 19 weeks, along with lies from the store manager. The stone I paid for was a sapphire and the stone received was an amethyst. Worth a fraction of what I paid. In addition to extra time taken to receive the ring, I had to reschedule my proposal twice, costing additional time and money. They offered to get the correct stone and hoped it would fit the setting, and took $100 off the ring, which I was still over charged for, and 3 $100 gift certificates that come with a list of exclusions.... read more
