IT would be nice if you would return phone calls. In the end you did but not in the beginning. My assistant couldn't even get ahold of you. Oh one of the first things you do is to verify the deposit, I guess this was not done in the beginng. The wrong information was given to the 3 party for the rental appraisal. I didn't use a swear word
