Dr. Winters is very thorough and experienced. His schedule is timely, he listens to what the patient has to say, runs appropriate diagnostic testing and evaluations, and treats accordingly. I've experienced positive results from Dr. Winters and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an orthopedic doctor.
This is a great place to go if you have any orthopedic needs. Dr. Wittersheim & his staff are a wonderful group of people & are very helpful when I have questions or concerns.
My 15 year old son had an OATS procedure done by Dr. Leis. Osteochondritis dissecans in the elbow is only diagnosed in 10 of 1 million. I was in the mindset that we would have to bring him to New Orleans. We were referred to see Dr. Leis. We are currently ahead of schedule with his healing and looks like he will make a full recovery to play baseball again.
I have had wonderful experience getting to know Dr Wittershein and his staff. Very professional and caring group of people... I will be getting a total right knee replacement in a few weeks...and they have given me everything I need to be prepared for this...All my questions were answered. thanks everybody.
I trust Dr Charles Winters and Dr Martin. I have had 3 major surgeries in the last year (spine, knee and hip). I'm on my way to a better life. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Dr. Wittershiem is very calming. At 77 years old I had my first broken leg and was scared of surgery but put my trust in him and faith in The Lord and they are both still working on me.
I have seen several of the Doctor's here at Bienville. Most recently the very kind and good humored Dr. Meadows. I have to say though that Dr. Witterschiem is my hero and thanks to this team of Doctors I am walking today and that in itself is a blessing not to mention I have much reduced pain. I love the East Lake office however, I still am amazed there is no pool? LOL
