Horrible company in general. Watched my mom suffer for over 4 hours. Had to call 5 times in one night. Nurse on call was the only one...when having multiple patients on a watchlist this just doesnt make sense to me.. Pronouncing other patients deceased took precedence over getting an actively breathing patient comfortable. Medication came before anyone even explained all of it and then was still told to administer the medicine.
