They have no care or compassion for the patient! Alexa and Connie are the worst people in the organization. cane to my mom's home with no direction as how to care for her. shot from the hip. Also very accusatory and argumentative when they were called out on issues! my mother passed away on August 3rd and have not heard from them for any condolences or any support. As this is not my first hospice experience, this was a nightmare for my entire family and I hate that my mom had to endure.

I would not recommend! Didn't get initial information correct causing issues with death certificate. Continuously call the secondary contact instead of me even after advising them. They were real quick to get their stuff back the next morning but not once did they contact me afterwards to check on me to see if I needed any thing like support services.
