Visited 4 different dealerships looking at SUVs. All 4 dealerships valued my trade. 3 were all around the same value($12k) but ClearShift shift came in $3,000+ LESS than the others at $9k. When confronted they wanted to use every excuse in the book as to why. EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH NO PRESSURE !
Our experience was unfortunately not satisfactory. They did have the pick up ready we wanted and we took it for a test drive and then it took over 3.5 hours to get then paperwork done. Us and several others sat for that long and some didn’t even get their questions answered. Our salesman had a chip on his shoulder and was snippy and rude the whole time. I found the truck I had been looking for at a price I was willing to pay. So I contacted them through cargurus, and left all my info, got an email stating they would contact me. Monday rolls around and nothing, So I call them, and speak with their sales team and they can't find my info or unwilling to look for it ( another salesperson found the info that following friday). I think over all it was good the only downside is that when I told them that my car’s FOB didn’t work I was told by another guy that it was a used car and that it wasn’t very expensive to replace and to program it Well YES it was a used car but it was a $14400.00 used car he never offered to give me a new one he told me that it was cheap and easy to do it After $385.00 I finally got it not CHEAP right ? so in a USED $14400.00 car it should come with the remote , to me THAT WAS CHEAP ON HIS PART and then the USED car came w... read more
