EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH NO PRESSURE !
Our experience was unfortunately not satisfactory. They did have the pick up ready we wanted and we took it for a test drive and then it took over 3.5 hours to get then paperwork done. A sales representant under the name of jamenson he do horrible job he check my co-signer credit 3 times he put 3 hard inquires in my co-signer credit for the same application he put me in trouble than whit my sister in law he say she don have eny credit when her score was 713 experian credit report
I found the truck I had been looking for at a price I was willing to pay. So I contacted them through cargurus, and left all my info, got an email stating they would contact me. Monday rolls around and nothing, So I call them, and speak with their sales team and they can't find my info or unwilling to look for it ( another salesperson found the info that following friday). I think over all it was good the only downside is that when I told them that my car’s FOB didn’t work I was told by another guy that it was a used car and that it wasn’t very expensive to replace and to program it Well YES it was a used car but it was a $14400.00 used car he never offered to give me a new one he told me that it was cheap and easy to do it After $385.00 I finally got it not CHEAP right ? so in a USED $14400.00 car it should come with the remote , to me THAT WAS CHEAP ON HIS PART and then the USED car came w... read more
Staff there was very friendly, but the vehicle I purchased I ended up doing repairs on a week and half after buying it and after calling to inform them I was told my mechanic was lying that the damage was already there when I bought it. This is the first place I've bought a car from that I have had to take to the shop right away becarful before buying a car from here!
