Bought a truck. Was happy. Check engine light came on two days later. Dealership chose not to fix it or even care. Terrible experience.

Jeremy, you filled out the client concern form at 3:30pm on Monday and had a call back my 5:30pm the same day by management. When you purchased the truck it was in tip top shape. Im sorry you had a check engine light pop up 5 days after purchase. I am in dispute with Clearshiftcars about a lease.
After five months of problems with the used Jeep Grand Cherokee I purchased from ClearShift, I now strongly suspect I was deceived by the dealership about the history and condition of the vehicle. The endless problems I have experienced with my Jeep are the result of neglect and accidents, which were not disclosed to me by salesman Rob Wojcik, who assured me everything with the Jeep was perfectly fine. Clear shift took care of an open recall on an airbag. I would’ve walked without out this.
So Clear Shift is great to you until they get you to buy the vehicle. My tags expired in September and I've called them 3 times to ask for an extension tag with the promise that one will be in my email within the next few days. My first call was September 11 and it is now October 12th. I get emails about the vehicles for sale almost everyday but no email about a replacement tag. I would stay away from this place. They do not inspect cars before selling them. Have had multiple issues in the first few months of buying mine. Ed was real nice when trying to sell me a car, but when it came to approaching him after the fact with issues, he did not want to make it right. It is sad that they preached that they are “non commission salesman” and that this is a different experience than other dealerships, but they have lived up to the dreadful “car salesman” Moto. I regret the time I spent in dealing with ClearShift. After taking pictures inside and outside of my car and supplying all requested information on my car, I was offered a trade in value $2500-2600 under what Kelly Blue Book suggested as value for trade in....in other words these guys low-balled me.
