Lacey, did a phenomenal job making the process very easy! Only ran one credit inquiry vs other dealers that run multiple and got me a great rate. They provided top dollar for my trade as well. Would 10/10 recommend ClearShift and Lacey!

Had a good experience. Jesse and Lauren are top notch!! A different manager I dealt with sucked, but if you stick with these two you will have a great experience. Had a couple issues when I checked out the truck, they had it fixed and got the truck a week later. Jesse even helped me getting some things upgraded for the future. Jesse gave me a list for upgrades in the future that are going to make this truck incredible!!

Purchase experience was very hands off and no pressure. They let the cars speak for themselves and do not try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff you don’t want. This I loved. What I was not thrilled about was the 2.5 hr process to get the documents generated to close the deal. That was very frustrating and that timing needs massive improvement.
