Purchase experience was very hands off and no pressure. They let the cars speak for themselves and do not try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff you don’t want. This I loved. What I was not thrilled about was the 2.5 hr process to get the documents generated to close the deal. That was very frustrating and that timing needs massive improvement.

Our experience could not have been better. We worked with Amanda and she was very knowledgeable. She was respectful of our time and we signed all papers digitally. The facility is beautiful inside, very comfortable, snacks provided, and a place for kids to play and watch movies.
