The two people who came out were incredibly efficient, prepared and energetic. They were also professional yet friendly. They installed my air conditioner in record time and, of course, both the mechanical and electrical inspections were passed with no hesitation!! One of the men graciously showed me how to reprogram the thermostat and, in so doing, he actually reprogrammed both the heating and cooling functions for me! I highly recommend Bob’s Heating and Air Conditioning!

Zeke Bennett was great, solved my problem and showed me how to work my thermostat. I’m a senior citizen and not savy with some programming. If I need help again, I will ask for him. Very kind young man, lucky to have him as employees. Edna Hawk
