RecommendedUpdate: After Bob's heating & air conditioning read my dissatisfied review they reached out to me and wanted to make things right. They sent a service tech as well as a supervisor out to my house and reworked my entire system. They replaced the important and expensive parts free of charge and re-engineered my ducting so that my house would heat evenly. For my trouble they installed a top of the line thermostat for free. RecommendedWe initially had some issues with getting someone out here to fix our heat but it was the holiday weekend so I cannot hold that against them. The technician, Cesar, was very professional and informative about all of the issues the furnace was having. He even showed my husband and I how it works and even gave us some pointers on how to maintain the furnace in the future. Thank you. It is super nice to have a warm house again.

So thankful that Bob's was able to squeeze us in to their packed schedule. Our furnace had turned off due to a flashing leak. We're all fixed and the house is heating back up nicely. Great customer service both with the front office and the serviceman.

RecommendedI recently had all of my ductwork replaced by Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning. Before they replaced it, my home comfort level was what I thought "tolerable", and now I realize how wrong I was! Now because of Bob's Heating, my home is the same temperature in each room, and extremely comfortable! I never thought we would be done with the days that we had to sit in a small room with the door shut just to be warm. Thank you Bob's!
