We were looking for a new apartment for next school year. Matt was very responsive to our questions, was quick to return phone calls, gave us his cell number and answered it when we called. He showed a sincere interest in our situation and our needs. He explained the terms and conditions of the lease and was willing to work with our schedule. He showed an energy and desire to serve that was unmatched by other property managers or leasing agents.

After looking at too many areas of town and deciding against a handful of other properties, my fiance and I chose to move into Rolling Rock bc of the Housing Manager, Matt! lol Don't get me wrong, there are many other beautiful properties, each with their little... *zing* ...however, they don't have this young, business-savvy manager to help their residents!
