I was very excited after reading all the wonderful reviews and seeing that regardless of where a person was in their credit journey,this dealership was there to ensure a smooth ride (pun intended). I bought a car from here about 4 months ago. I love the car, it has been awesome. I had a rough start after the purchase with one of their associates who does not work there any longer. It took a few months but the dealership finally came through and righted everything.
This business has pretty awful customer service. I purchased a car a few months back and had a small issue that I was promised would be addressed. I have called at least 15 times with NO ONE returning my phone calls. Everytime I call Steve their manger is out or at lunch or with a customer. They have offered no solution to my problem. Shady customer service would be putting it nicely. Would never shop here again and I will spread the word.
Very bad experience there not willing to work with you on anything they make you seem like you can get something but this place is a waste of time believe me �
3 month mark owning this piece of s*** just passed yesterday I believe. Leaking fluids, failed altenator (after 2 months) battery replacement, electrical problems, tried to make me pay cash for my insurance after they collected my bank card info to pay for my premium. I'm glad I called the insurance company before handing them my money because that just sound weird. So now I own a beautiful headache. Y'all probably wonder why don't I just call the dealership. Too expensive, they have a 2015 Audi A4 with 86k miles for $21k I was astonished at the price when I looked it up on kbb it said the car value was $13k. Would’ve gave one star but the staff is very nice
