I specifically asked if I could reapply without having my credit pulled. Stated I could provide my updated report. Was told yes. Spoke with Mike. He couldn't pull me up and asked me to do another application. Didn't think they would run my credit again, but they did. Had i known, I would not have reapplied. Salesman lied to my face and changed the price after we originally had agreed on a price. Then when I said I wasn't paying that he called me back and said the car was sold which was a lie. It is still up for sale today and has been for almost 80 days. These guys are cowards and snakes and I would never recommend anyone to them.

I just bought a 2011 Buick enclave from rolls auto today and they honestly couldn't have done a better job , no other place will ever earn my business rolls for life !!
I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge from here in August 2016. The sales process was good and my experience at the dealership was great. However now I am having issues with the vehicle itself. I am in need of a $2500 replace to the car's computer which is not covered by the warranty. This issue started 4 months ago but took a while to diagnose as it was intermittent. STOP! Wait! Don't do it! I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping at Rolls Auto they sold me a car that need 10,000 worth of work. I found this out after taking my car to the dealership because my engine light was on because I needed a timing chain and prior to getting that fixed I needed a rack & pinion a couple months after buying the car. Tried to trade the shit in and now I'm in an upside down payment because of all the negative equity. Thanks for selling me the bullshit!!!!!!! Wish I never went there.
I went there numerous times. One I told I was approved to get a car then the following day my salesman wasn't there so I asked what was up, they told me to fill out another credit approval fed me some bs and told me he isn't the finance manager and started givin me an attitude. I feel like they don't respect veterans cuz this happend on Veterans Day. I will never ever go back to this dealership

So I went on the website and filtered for cars under a certain price and found some that were "to good to be true" upon calling to ask about hours I got a very hesitant man... mind you this just happened so I assume he didn't want me coming in so they could leave early or what not. My Buick not worth 10 dollars.......broke down the same month I got it.... I had to put more than 3,000 in that car and it hasn't been 2 years yet....went to penndot and the driver exam person got his car from Rolls of course he said he hates his car and its a headache.......
