Less complicated and eliminate repetitive document requests and ask for them in orderly fashion, this is more of the underwriting Teams issue, Not Ron. The Appraisal costs are terrible, double what everyone else charges.

Ron did a great job of working all the paperwork needed for preapproval but prior to closing day, did not properly explain the particular limitations of a VA loan for how to receive monetary credit from the seller. This resulted in $1500 not being made available at closing but rather had to do be put into principal reduction. This was very frustrating.
