I never got a month off from payments, went right into paying rent to paying a mortgage. My friends who also bought houses didn't have to pay for atleast 2 months. Ron was great, but I would suggest a company that let's you skip a few months that way your not paying for it before your moves in. That would also allow replenishment of personal funds, or if your house needs work, time to fix it. That was the most disappointing and the reason I would tell others to shop Churchill last.

I would have liked a more personal experience. Too much information, very important information was given through email, there was not enough communication throughout the process. Some things could’ve easily been worked through with a simple phone call.

All in all Ron was good. I wasn’t told about a crucial step in the inspections process that ended up costing me about $7200. It would have been an easier pill to swallow if I was told from the beginning. I think it was an honest mistake on his part and the work needed to be done but I didn’t like it delaying my closing. Ron stepped up when my lawyers dropped the ball and never processed my deed on time. That delayed me moving in dramatically.

Ron can explain the mess with with the underwriting team....had to verify many times with 20,800 in account to close and when time came time only needed 15,943...a very stress full mist take of not catching url set to print on 30 day statement pulls...on new set of draws and we had dipped under the 20,800 with checks clearing, we would have been fine with payment on the 15th. It all turned out okay but was a lot of stress that could have been avoided, and verification of 2,500 deposit.
