I was not going to say anything but after a lot of thought I think I should say something. The person who came out to fix my shingles told me the wrong nails were used (too short) he did not replace the nails he just pounded them down again. He worked maybe 2 hours. I had to go outside and show him ones he missed. I don't think I received my money's worth. $900 is a lot of money for the amount of work or the time spent.

Took nearly 6 weeks from initial contact to job being complete. The timeline would have been fine if that was what I was told from the outset, but I was strung along for the final 4 weeks, being told it would be soon. When job was finally completed, there was a ton of debris left on my yard and a blue stain on my driveway from materials, which still has not gone away. My skylights have been leaking on and of for several years. They didn't try to sell me a new roof they simply fixed it.

Setting up the repair required me to call multiple times to complain about the lack of organization.
