Very thorough and professional roof evaluation: included pictures; things that needed immediate attention; projects that could wait. Could have been better with keeping me apprised of scheduling the work. Very pleased with work completed and communication with workers on the job.

They came out and inspected the roof exactly when they said, and the inspection was complete and thorough. They provided an estimate with photos of damaged areas. The office staff was helpful and courteous in scheduling the repair. It took a while to get the repair guy out, but once he came, I can see why. He was thorough and careful. They were the most expensive of the three estimates, but they were also the most thorough. I think it was money well spent.

Very professional. Confirmed and kept all appointments. Fixed leak at very reasonable cost. Other companies tried to sell a whole new roof even though the existing roof is in good shape.

The young man who replaced the shingles was very pleasant. It was a small job in comparison to most of theirs I'm sure. He was delayed at first so he made a point of coming out on the weekend to get the job done.

I have had roof problems since my house was built 12yrs ago. I have had multiple contractor's come out to repair.. only to have it leak again next time it rains.. paid hundreds of dollars..Paul from this company. Showed up right on time.. very professional and knowledgeable. He addressed a problem that no one else has.. he completed the work for a GREAT price.. will hire again.. hopefully I won't need to tho..
