It seems they are all about the money and don’t care about the older community that lives in there parks. Highly unprofessional management and ownership. Would not recommend anyone living in their parks.

my family and i have lived in one of your chandler mobil parks For many years and the loud music the parties are getting old and needs to stop they are no managers to control the people and they do whatever they want you guys say its a family place yeah right

Rent increases are out of control. Company doesn't consider people retired here on fixed incomes. Just got hit with $20 a month pet fee. For WHAT?!? My dogs live in my house. Unless you can afford your rent constantly going up do not live here!

August 20th, 2021 I moved to Agave Village in Mesa Arizona in December 2020. I bought a home in this park and since I am a single lady I especially liked that it was advertised as a "gated community". The front gate has never worked since I have lived here despite many emails saying that it was being worked on and would soon be operational. It is now the middle of August 2021. Does not care about residents. We have been without water for 4 days. promise to fix but never a solution. They keep raising the rent but no repairs or upkeep or improvements being made to the community.

Total disaster. No respect for residents concerns and complaints. 30 day letters to fix things according to so called lease are not addressed over 1 year later. Sorry folks, can’t blame incompetence on COVID.
