The food was really good but I won’t be back. The waitress was great and we left her a 30% tip but the guys working there could have cared less for us. No greeting when we walked in or left. But they were chatty with the other customers coming in. Haven’t felt that uncomfortable somewhere in a long time. Our glasses sat empty while the one waitress was busy and the bartender kept walking past us. Clearly they didn’t want us there.
I called in at 11:01 for 3 slices to go and was told 25 minutes. I went to pick it up at 11:30 and was told it would be 15 more minutes because they ran out. I went back in at 11:45...didn’t get my pizza until 12:09. No one even offered me a cup of water. How do you run out before you open? I had to be one of the first orders. Disappointed my boyfriend put a order in at 3pm to be picked up at 7:30, he works in the area and has to drive 30 minutes to and back We ordered from here for dinner and was excited to get a deep dish but they can’t read a order right and gave us thin crust pizza he couldn’t stay to have it fixed Because it takes 40 minutes to make never coming back this place has pissed us off
expensive Beer I can get a 12 pack of Miller beer for $8 :(
We have eaten here a lot. The salad was old and the pizza was soggy. Never had a thin crust that was soggy. Both my husband and myself had severe diarrhea all evening. Won’t be back there ever again.
First time to eat here ! Dining in horrible service! We ordered two appetizers, that came out fast ! We ordered a pizza and a kids meal. Well needless to say one hour and 20 minutes later we got our food! The waitress didn’t have on a mask while getting our food ready to bring to our table ! And was playing around with her hair before the food was ready ! The pizza we ordered wasn’t the correct pizza that she brought us ! And also the cooks wasn’t wearing a mask while preparing our food! Not a happy customer!

I've ordered from Rosati's twice, both times I picked up to go. Both were thin crust pizzas. The first pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The latest pizza, I picked up yesterday, was one of the worst. It had barely any sauce, most slices had none. It was like eating rubber on a crispy crust. Just toppings covered with cheese on a crust. I live in Firethorne so it's not very close and at $28 for a large pizza, don't think it's worth the trip for a hit or miss experience.
