Chunky, sugary sauce, lame ingredients. Terrible service. stay away, better pizza at fuzzys by far.

I placed an order using the organizations website and my order was not fulfilled. Because I recognize mistakes happen we contacted the manager to attempt to get resolution. He was rude, and unwilling to listen and in the end hung up on me. This was my first and last time purchasing for this brand.

Downright terrible. Food was gross. Food for four people was brought together. My younger two children had to wait an additional 10 minutes for their food. We waited way too long for our food, to begin with.

Terribly slow service. I’ve been twice and won’t go again. This last visit I was told it would be a 20 minute wait, turned into 45 minutes and still no table. So I left. They had been seating multiple parties, who arrived after us, before us. And it’s extremely hot in the restaurant. I liked the food the first visit, but it isn’t anything special, and it definitely isn’t worth the extreme wait.

Service time definitely needs improvement. We waited about an hour and fifteen minutes after ordering a deep dish pizza. We finally decided to leave without it. To the manager's credit, he followed us to the parking lot with the pizza in a box and gave it to us.

Good Chicago pizza. Service was horrible (three tries to get a beer tap correct). The concept of clearing tables to bring in new patrons which were waiting 30+ minutes is unthinkable?????

First time impression with customer service upon arriving and leaving was a huge disappointment. They did not care too much. It was dead at the time we arrived and 2 long beard men (hope they wear beard nets in kitchen) they were at bar area and had more of an important conversation than to assist us /welcome us to introduce their menu knowing it was our first time. They were not clicking on all cylinders. When we arrived the place was packed. The waitress told us to wait they are cleaning off tables. While waiting two groups walked past us and took the two tables being cleaned off. So, we waited for another table. Ten minutes later the couple behind us were seated. 15 minutes later a waitress took the couple seated after us order. I tried to get any waitress’s attention. We were ignored. Heard lots of good review from FB, so i gave it a try.. Placing a Togo order at 7:45pm. Arrive at the restaurant 10 minutes later order a glass of wine and paid for everything. Bartender said it take about an hour.. I am ok with that. Sitting at the Bar for 50 minutes.. An hour later manager come out & said printer have problem & kitchen did not see my ticket.. it will take another hour to make the pizza & wings... I have waste an hour plus driving to this place ...
