Delivery was great, came fast was hot and the food was delicious
They were awesome at preparing just what we needed. It was super easy to order and the food was ready on time and absolutely delicious!
The shrimp was way over breaded so it was completely gummy and gross and I did not get my tarter sauce or cocktail sauce. Doughnuts were old and chewy. Candle was stale and not crisp. I ordered 3 orders of 4 meatballs and only received 7 meatballs not 12. Lately the food has been awful or you have run out of ingredients and customer service is very poor. Probably won't eat there anymore, it's a shame you used to be our Friday night dinner
pizza is good, not great though, it was a shocker when I noticed while waiting, that as they swept the floor, they threw the garbage under the tables where they pack the pizza instead of actually picking it. after that I started to pay close attention to details and noticed that they are not very clean, at all. again, pizza was good, not great, idk if I would come back, but definitely wouldn't recommend.
I used to be a Rosati’s fan, but we’ve noticed a dramatic change. Last pizza was undercooked with a soggy crust. Tonight, our pizza was not only a soggy crust, but the delivery driver must have had driving issues. With guests waiting, I opened the box and half the toppings had slid to one side. Bare crust was visible. Guests were hungry and we all ate it like a casserole....in soup bowls.
We were going to order pizza and wings, had the coupon for $23, and we added a sandwich to that...total came to be $43 on the phone...didn’t know taxes were that much- we decided to cancel the order and get some place who were not only nicer on the phone but actually honored their coupons...sorry Rosati’s won’t be ordering from you guys anytime soon
I spent $30 on a deep deep dish pizza i ordered last week that was anything but deep dish. The crust wasnt even thick. Heard how good you guys were so my dad and i tried it and decided never again. It was nothing at all like the pizza it shows on the website and the girl i talked to on the phone about it couldnt give 2 shits less about it and didnt even offer to remake it or anything.
