Recommendedi have been a fan of Rosatis for years. this Saturday i ordered a pizza, it was 6:00. my pizza arrived at 7, however it was not what i ordered. i then called them back to explain what happened to my order. i was on hold for 15 mins. this time and 7 for my original order. they said they would fast track a new pizza.....2 hours later after being told by the delivery guy that my pizza was left in a place where it was forgotten. it was soggy and stone cold...i get that it was a Saturday, but this is not how Rosatis treats me ...... read more
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They took 2 hours to deliver 1 pizza and 12 wings. I ordered online & it said said 45-60 minutes. NOT 2 HOURS
We usually love Rosati’s and are regular customers unfortunately this time our order was subpar at best! We had a small pepperoni that was so over cooked the cheese in top was brown and made the pizza so salty we couldn’t eat it. Also the family lasagne we ordered was pieced together and cold in the middle. It arrived in a grease soaked paper bag! We had guests over and were really disappointed in the entire order. Arrived when told my pizza would be ready. Waited 20 more min’s. Then was told they burnt my pizza. Another 20 min’s. Got home and my pizza was cold and BURNt. No Thanks. Many other good pizza places around.

Ordered a pizza during Monday Night Football. Was quoted 1 hour for delivery. Pizza arrived in only 40 minutes piping hot! Rosati’s rocks!
