After tonight we are so done with this Rosati’s pizza restaurant in North Pekin Illinois! We showed up at 7:00 pm and the dining room was acceptable to having customers, they were not that busy! The hostess after reviewing with several waitresses came back and said it would be one hour wait for more before we could be seated, this place wasn’t even half full and they closed at 8:00! We normally love this restaurant but we called 2 days in advance making reservations for a party of 20. First thing we notice they have no real ac. On a 92* day it was sweltering. It takes the waitress over 20 minutes to even ask a drink order. They are out of tea. We end up having to flag her down after that to order appetizers. Ordered mozzarella sticks. Google states that they are still open so my fiancé and I drove 40 minutes tonight to their location. The open sign was still on. The time was 8:30 pm. The waitress proceeded to tell us that they stopped serving at 8 pm. I told her that Google stated that they were still open and we just drove a long distance to eat there. She said they never changed the time on there. The time was switched to 8 pm because of Covid. Go figure!! We do close at 8 but I will discuss this with my servers because that long of a drive, I would of fired back up the oven for your business. Google keeps switching out time back to 10. Please give us a second try, I definitely appreciate the drive! I do apologize .
$50 in the Trash! We just picked our order up,never again. At least the kids got to eat their spaghetti. We ordered the Shrimp dinner( comes with fries,slaw,and dipping sauce for shrimp) never got the slaw, shrimp was burnt,next was boneless wings mild with side of fries,well never got my fries, basically nuggets dipped in mild sauce ( could've gotten at Mc D's)! Chicken parmesan dinner with a side of fries. Then kids spaghetti dinner with drink,which they forgot! Never ever again! Worst food !
I usually would recommend to eat here but last night I received 2 chicken dinners that was over cooked to the point you couldn’t eat it them.
Food was colder than the drinks. Saw roaches and other bugs. Wait staff was rude and lazy.
